Amazing experience at this high-end jewelry store. This establishment has been in business for over a hundred years. Spoke with a lady who has worked here for over forty years. Visited Adler’s for the first time today with my boyfriend hoping to find a good deal on an engagement ring after seeing positive reviews online and news about the store’s closing. Unfortunately we had to leave without trying any merchandise on after being blatantly ignored by the sales associates for the entirety of our time in store. It’s just seemed odd that in a place actively trying to liquidate its inventory, sales associates would be more preoccupied with their phones than two waiting customers intentional about making a purchase.

I’m sorry to see Adler’s close. Although I don’t live in Louisiana, I have purchased two brand name watches from them over the years. Service has been excellent. Thank you and best wishes for the future.🩷

I went to Adler’s on a whim to see if they had a watch I was looking to purchase. They didn’t have the model in stock, but I wanted to pick up some OEM spring bars for my watch. I spoke with Adam for about half an hour about different brands of watches. He was more than happy to show me anything I wanted to see, and even volunteered to show me the workings of some of the more exclusive references they sold. He even sent me home with a Patek Philippe catalogue. I’ve spent time at Lee Michaels looking around on multiple occasions. The salespeople there didn’t want to give me the time of day. Adam not only treated me with the utmost respect, but he even managed to remember the reference of my watch when the vendor needed more information for ordering my parts. All in all, I give Adler’s a perfect 5/5 rating when it comes to customer service. If I had to give Adam a review of his own, it would be a 6/5. The man is welcoming, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to speak with. He’s a treasure. I look forward to dealing with him again in the future, as I know that he’ll see that all my needs are taken care of!

I went into the store looking to order a specific Rolex, Adam was professional and personable. A little over a month later, I get a text that the watch is in stock, just in time for Christmas! Adam is hands down the best in the game! Can’t wait to buy my next piece from him.

Nicest jewelry store I've ever dealt with. Unlike other places who wanted almost nothing to do with my watch because I didn't get it from them, the lady asked about it and let me try on various watches. Next watch purchase just might be here.
