I stopped in today for the first time ever and am so mad at myself for not checking this place out sooner! They’ve been in business for 44 years. And the quality and array of their merchandise is amazing! I sold a small pendant for a reasonable price and they actually pay cash (unlike so many so-called "cash for gold" places in town!) immediately. The manager was super kind and patient with me— I’m a talker and he was very polite about it, hahaha. I will most definitely be returning here as it seems like they have changes in inventory on a regular basis.

I stopped by here looking for a 18-20 inch gold chain to match my pendant. I was immediately greeted at the door and was offered quick service. I felt the price was reasonable for the size and thickness of the chain I was looking at, but wanted a thinner chain to fit the smaller pendant. Based on how the chains were presented I don't think they go by brands but just quality of gold. It also sounded like he got new inventory frequently so I'll be back in some weeks to see if there's a thinner chain.

Absolutely amazing experience with competitive prices! We got my wedding ring from here and sizing was included with the purchase. The ring was already gorgeous but after sizing it came back beautifully polished and they even straightened out the center stone that was a little crooked without me asking. Will absolutely be a returning customer for any future jewelry needs!

If you want to be sure you're getting the best price for your scrap gold and silver, this is the place. Featured on Channel 5 news as the top buyer in Nashville after running an undercover investigation. I tested it myself just to check the difference. I had two 14k necklaces and a 10k ring. First pawn shop offered $125 the next two offered $200. Nashville Gold and Diamond paid me $415.... No joke. This is the only place I go now. They also have a great selection of Jewelry with fair prices. I was not paid or ask to post this review.

The only place in Nashville I will go to sell scrap gold, silver, and other precision metal. These guys will always treat you right and offer a fair price for your items. You're loosing money if you go anywhere else.

Not happy at all. I took my gold rope necklace to them cause it was coming apart and ask them to take eight in he's off the chain to make a bracket and to fix any and all links that where bent or dented. They called me told me it's ready I go to pick it up and they melted the links together and didn't fix any of the links that where messed up. They charged me 80 bucks to put a clasp on my chain pretty much. And again they didn't fix any of thi will never go back. I advise anyone that needs there jewelry repaired go somewhere else

This place is the best spot to sell used jewelry in town. They offer fair prices based in the current market prices and I’ve been satisfied with any trade we’ve made. I only wish I’d discovered them sooner instead of being taken advantage of by the Diamond Buyer in Green Hills. That place is absolutely predatory. David stole probably $15000 or so from my family using predatory sales tactics. Money that was supposed to go to my fathers cancer treatment. The guys at this shop are legit and aren’t out to screw you.
