My wedding ring needed a significant repair. A friend recommended Neil Alan Fine Jewelry after having a great experience previously. I was not expecting a quick turn around, as it was close to Christmas. I got a call telling me it was ready and that they wanted to get it to me before Christmas. They did a fabulous job. Neil did a great job on it. Took it in today because the clasp hook got bent. I told him I would come back for it later. He took the bracelet and fixed the clasp, but told me it was worn and that is why it bent easily. I was in and out in 5 minutes and there was no charge. He said it would be ready by Tuesday, and sure enough, three days later I picked it up. Went in the other day with a diamond pendant looking for a dainty pretty gold chain. Service was great, he found exactly what I was looking for with an excellent price. I'll definitely be going back for any more jewelry needs.
