My fiancé and I had an absolutely STELLAR experience from start to finish working with Bryce at Continental Diamond. My fiancé is absolutely OBSESSED with her engagement ring and people keep asking me where I got it. Bryce is highly experienced and knowledgeable, he took the time to understand her taste and patiently took us through the collection at the store, while being respectful of our budget and not making us feel rushed or pressured at all. He ended up recommending a ring that looks like it was meant for her and I am so glad went with his recommendation. I cannot recommend working with Bryce and shopping at Continental Diamond enough!

I enjoyed every minute of my engagement ring process here with Linda. Linda is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. She helped me custom design a masterpiece of an engagement ring that gets compliments everywhere my wife takes it. From the diamond selection to the CAD design, the team at Continental Diamond was always hands on and very communicative. Over the course of a few appointments and emails we had the ring ordered. I have come back since the original purchase and purchased more pieces and had my Rolex worked on. I can't recommend Linda and the team at Continental Diamond enough.

Went with my now fiancé and it was a really good experience. We met with Kevin and I didn't know much about rings, but Kevin was able to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything and everyone is very knowledgeable. There were a lot of options to choose from so I was able to find a really good ring that she liked. It was no hassle to get the ring in yellow gold instead of silver and even picking out the diamond. It was really nice being able to talk to Kevin over text so that he could keep me updated and my fiancé didn't have a clue what was going on. Overall a really good experience. Everyone is super friendly and as far as prices go it was average price. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

My fiancée and I visited Continental Diamond in March to explore engagement ring options. From the moment we arrived for our scheduled appointment, we were welcomed by Linda, who made the early stages of the process clear, concise, and—most importantly—not overwhelming. After discussing what we were looking for, Linda introduced us to Ashley, and the four of us spent the next hour designing my fiancée's dream ring from scratch using only a few online screenshots we had brought with us. As Ashley worked with the design software, she showed incredible patience and enthusiasm, ensuring every detail matched our vision and that we were completely satisfied. Once the final design was complete, I stayed in close communication with Linda regarding timing, pricing, and expectations. She was always quick to respond to emails and to answer any questions I had. We truly couldn’t have imagined a better experience than what we had with Continental Diamond. The best part was receiving our ring at a great price—up to 50% less than other places we considered. I highly recommend Continental Diamond and encourage anyone to ask for Linda 🙂
