I was beginning to get discouraged after getting some not so nice quotes about repairing an heirloom ring. I found Power’s by chance, and they were extremely friendly, straight forward and affordable. There was hardly a wait time and I had my ring in less than 3 days. Highly recommend them with high praise to anyone looking for repair work.

I purchased my wife’s ring at Powers Jewelers, and Lorry made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. The ring turned out even more beautiful than we imagined—she absolutely loves it! We also had a bracelet my wife previously bought from them that needed repair. Lorry and her team took care of it quickly, and it came back looking brand new. I will always recommended Powers Jewelers to my friends and family, and we’ll definitely be returning for any future jewelry needs!

I travel often to Milwaukee and have always walked by Powers Jewelry and wanted to stop in. Visited late December and bought myself a gorgeous Citizen watch celebrating the city, the holidays and my upcoming retirement. Tim was great in showing me several watch options, and most importantly was an intent listener. Can't wait to head back for something else as a gift for loved ones, or me. Absolutely love everything about this place! We have bought so many things from them. Engagement ring, wedding bands for him and her, earrings, a birthstone ring, and a necklace. Everything is high quality, they are not pushy on sales, and they take the time to find your perfect match that fits within your budget! We usually work with Lorry and Tim and both are hands down the best people! I just got my wedding ring and engagement ring resized, and they fit perfectly now! 🥰 I love that when we walk in customers are remembered by name more times than not! Shows the care and dedication they put into knowing their customers! Absolutely would recommend to anyone!!

My husband and I have been going to Tim at Powers for over 5 years. He helped us find the perfect engagement ring and we now go to him for every jewelry desire we have. Most recently, Tim was excellent in helping me design the perfect anniversary band, and I did not make the job easy. I found something I kind of liked in the store, and we sent the request to the designer but the drawing didn't capture what I was looking for. Tim recommended a local designer and took the time to meet with him in person to describe exactly what I was looking for (a leaf pattern to match part of the engagement ring) and it came out spectacularly. I'm so grateful to Tim for always hitting it out of the park with his exceptional customer service. We will be forever clients of his and Powers!

In the midst of managing a family member's estate ... and trying to identify and value a number of jewelry pieces, I contacted Powers and they were very helpful. They set up a time for me to come in and review the many pieces I had questions on. I'll continue using them and highly recommend.

Powers Jewelry is amazing! They did an excellent job resizing my husband’s wedding band, polished it and got all the scratches out. Looks brand new! The Assistant Manager Tim is friendly and super customer service oriented. Highly recommend!
