Very professional and courteous. Father and sons helped my wife with her father's coins. We took the collection to two other dealers before coming here, and we're very impressed by a meticulousness and thoroughness that we did not see at the other establishments. CYG were very kind throughout the entire process, explaining each step of the evaluation and answering all of my wife's questions. Not only did we have confidence in the offer, it was better than what we received from the other dealers!
