One World

In order to write a review I have to leave a star. Right now I don't want to rate any stars. I went in today to purchase some jewelery. When the associate asked if I was interested in some jewelery I politely and professionally engaged back and said "yes I was interested in some jewelery." Y'all need to do a better job of listening. I started the whole process off that I was interested in some jewelery. You do not walk away from a customer telling them if they are interested in anything to reach out to you. That had already been done. Total failure on your part and you lost a sale. If you open the door? Follow through and make genuine contact. This isn't something that is on your terms. It's about an equal playing field. If you wanna get good at your mind games. I'll take you to school. If I get chewed out from my boss for things I have nothing to do with? You can make an honest sale and listen to your customers.

They have good quality jewelry, but half of the push-in (threadless) studs i bought broke when trying to put them in the flat black. (And there's no refunds or returns)

Love this place. Its always fun to casually take a look around and find hidden gems. They also have one of the biggest selections of body jewelry and gauged earrings I have seen in the area. Usually have quite a bit on sale which is always a plus!

I just stopped there today to get a pair of plugs. There was a sign on the case I picked from that said 50% off but when I got to the register they refused to honor that. The man said that those items had just been moved in front of that sign today, but I was there 2 weeks ago and they were in the same place as before, so he lied. I will no longer be purchasing my jewelry from here, as they lied over an $11 discount and refused to honor their own posted signage.

I love this store and have no problems other than the quality of the jewelry. After having a couple skin reactions from the metal of the belly rings, I figured Id buy those somewhere else and continue to buy my plugs here, but I purchased 2g Bloodwood spirals for $25 the other day, today they fell once and completely shattered. Are they actually wood? I am very dissatisfied and will no longer be spending my money here.

First time I came here, I ended up buying uneeded earrings cause the guy didn't believe I knew my own size. Second time I came here I asked a woman for help and as soon as I bent down to look at the earrings we were talking about...she walked back to what she was doing! I told her I had another question, had her bring some out, picked them out...and before I could pick another pair, she was siting down again! Super odd customer service. They don't really seem to want to sell you anything.
