I had had a good experience at this jewelry before. I never asked for lower prices. What they asked for was what I was paying for. Recently, I bought a necklace as a gift for my boyfriend, he wanted to change it for a different style which I thought it wasn't gonna be a problem, since he never wore it and I had the receipt with me, so we went back to Fanny and we asked for a change she said it was okay (with a rude and unkind attitude). Once we started looking to another options to change it, she was overcharging for less weight and length. She said gold was expensive at this moment, and I understand but I bought the necklace a few days ago, I was a loyal customer and she knew it. I went to another jewelry at the same place, and I found out that they were selling better quality for less money 🥲. Look for more options before coming to this jewelry and save some money🤑. I'm never coming back again!!!!!!!!!

Fanny and her husband are kind, charismatic people who are easy to talk to. I loved the custom 14k gold name plate & necklace that Jennifer Rivas helped me to design for my girlfriend. It came out so lovely and is Very nice quality 14k gold. She took the time to really help me match it with a necklace to fit my girlfriends taste. It was made quickly and with quality, and I had the pleasure of meeting the very friendly married couple who own the business Fanny & Walter. They gave me a really good price and I will only be coming to them from now on for my gold. There are so many shady places in the jewelry district, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM.
