American Gold & Silver Exchange

My jewelry store recommended them and they paid a better price than others. Nice folks and very helpful. I had a great experience at American Gold and Silver Exchange. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They took the time to answer my questions without any pressure and explained everything clearly, which made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. I immediately felt that I could trust them, and that means a lot when you’re dealing with valuables. It’s refreshing to find a business that’s both knowledgeable and genuinely honest. I’ll definitely be returning if needed and will recommend them to anyone.

I experienced blatant racism at this business. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as if I was not welcome. When I interacted with a tall, bald employee who was openly carrying a firearm, he refused to shake my hand and gave me an extremely low appraisal for my gold. As I was leaving, I watched a white couple walk in, and the same employee immediately extended his hand to greet them. That contrast made it clear to me that I was treated differently because of race. This was racist behavior and a clear example of racism. Discrimination is against the law, and in 2026 this is unacceptable. Do not give this business your money.Comentario traducidoVer original

I came in with scrap gold and they offered me a fraction of what I got elsewhere. Was a complete rip-off. A friend recommended them the other day and I said "no". I guess the one that waited on me thought I was stupid.

This was a very good experience. Best offers in town! If you're looking for a place to sell your metals this is the spot!
