This is our second time working with Fonda and Ali, and they’re just as amazing as the first time! My husband and I first came in to pick out my engagement ring and look at wedding bands, and both ladies were so patient and thoughtful. They took their time showing us all the options and made the whole experience so special. We also really appreciated how they took a moment to thank my husband for his military service. That meant a lot to us. We came back today for an inspection and cleaning, and while we were here, we couldn’t resist looking at new wedding bands. Of course, Fonda and Ali helped us find the perfect one again! Thank you both so much for always making us feel welcome and cared for. We will definitely be back!

Liza Emmons, just provided us with the absolute best customer service experience ever. We thought we needed to simply resize my wife's wedding and engagement rings. After a complete analysis and detailed explanation, we quickly realized we needed much more help than we first thought. But we were in excellent hands. Liza's expert skill, patience, and thoroughness guided us through our options and prevented an eventual catastrophe. The technology Liza used to "tunnel down," showed us how several stones on my wife's engagement ring had become dislodged/separated. A few even looked as though they were ready to fall out any minute. We could have easily lost them, had it not been for Liza's attention to detail and her skill using technology to give us a very clear look at what we were unable to see before. In the end, both my wife's wedding and engagement rings (over $20K worth of jewelry) looked amazing, even better than when we first bought them. The craftsmanship was truly first class and Liza's plan to recondition my wife's wedding ring made them both better than we could have hoped for. Thank you, Liza. We truly appreciate your dedication to helping us with something so personal. We could not be happier.
