This place absolutely saved us. I spent so much on a custom engagement ring from a shop in Texas. They did good work but the band was a half size bigger one one side, so basically a little uneven. This was mostly my fault because I should’ve had my fiancé sized again. Anyways, we were able to talk to the actual gentleman that was going to do the work. I liked how he came out from the back with his googles and semi dirty hands to greet us. It was better than speaking to a sales person who has no clue about the repairs. They did the work very fast and even finished a day early. Best of all my fiancé was so scared to do the work but the place made us feel comfortable and we proceeded. They deserve the 5 star reviews for sure.

They were amazing, kind & very quick! I needed a band inside of my ring because it was a bit loose, they finished it within 3-4 days & gave great service. Very welcoming & they cared about whether or not I felt comfortable leaving the ring there. I am very happy with how it came out.

I had an old necklace with exquisite diamonds that I wanted to remake into an antique white gold ring. Bill at Desert Diamond Jewelers patiently helped me design and choose exactly what I wanted. He ordered a ring exactly like the one I wanted, and replaced the diamonds in it with my own diamonds which were an exact fit, saving me a lot of money. He even bought the gold from the old necklace which saved even more money. Thank you Bill.

I came to this jewelers strictly based off of the reviews and they did not disappoint. Everyone was knowledgeable and kind. I received my grandmothers ring that had the center diamond missing. I was interested in replacing it with a moissanite due to the price difference and you can’t even tell! The price was far less than I was expecting to pay which came with the moissanite, repair of ALL prongs (18 to be exact) and it looks like a brand new ring.
