By far the best customer service that I have came across in a long time very refreshing. I brought three watches in for repair, two needed batteries and the third needed a link removed. Fast and efficient. My two watches that needed batteries were returned to me with the date / day and time already done, awesome attention to detail! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
