He was friendly and easy to talk to, and we had a really nice conversation throughout the review and estimating process. Since I was unfamiliar with the process, Gary took the time to explain how the testing works using the stone and acid, which I really appreciated. It was helpful and reassuring to understand what he was doing and why. Because the payment was in cash, Gary went above and beyond by walking me to the door and making sure I got to my car safely, which I found very reassuring and thoughtful. Overall fine experience other than not advertising their pay rate for metals. Makes it annoying to drive there and get pressured into selling after spending time waiting in the lobby and making the drive. Guy was nice, though. Not able to negotiate price on bullion bars and coins. "Can only offer max that system allows". Took them at their word for that. Fine no issue with that. However, offering $660 for 10oz bars of .999 silver bullion ($66/oz) was drastically low ball compared to spot. Today is Feb 21st, 2026 and silver sits at $84-$86. That makes the offer between 21.4% and 25% below spot! I would expect 5% below spot with 10% below being lowball. Maybe I’m wrong but just did not seem like fair pricing to me. Good luck

Had a great experience. Gary was professional, knowledgeable and very fair. I even got more than I expected as he noticed an additional part of the piece I brought in was also gold, he tested it and included it in the purchase. The price he offered were what I expected from my research He also was happy to answer my questions when I was curious about how he was testing things and researching. I learned a lot! Would definitely go back—bonus that Gary has a great dry sense of humor 🙂

Great buyer, very honest and straight forward. I was paid cash, there was no nonsense. I received a good maket-based price for my silver. The buyer walked me to my car when the transaction was finished. It was a trustworthy, safe, and professional transaction and I will sell to this business again.
