Munchel's Fine Jewelry

Dropped off my engagement ring for repair. The solitaire had came off when I grabbed a bottle of water from a wrapped case. The ring was better than new , completely exceeded my expectations! will definitely recommend and return for future jewelry needs.Comentario traducidoVer original

We have always been very pleased with any and all of our business with Munchell’s, BUT, our last transaction was not so good. IT WAS GREAT!! We were told at another closer to us jeweler (what a waste of time!), that a $2000 ring I had bought in Alaska could not be sized. Well, took it where we SHOULD have taken it, in the first place, and 10 days later, Voilá! A perfect fitting, beautiful anniversary ring for my bride of 49 years! Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you! Mark and Wanda Garrett

Been here several times over the years and have never been disappointed. Most recently, I went to get a watch battery and the lady was very helpful. She replaced the battery and explained that they couldn't guarantee how long it lasts due to the age of the watch and didn't charge me. Highly Recommend.Comentario traducidoVer original

Munchel’s has always provided us superb service. We have lived in Florida for 29 years and Love Love Love this place. We moved to TN the end of 2024 but comes into town to visit friend and family and always Munchel’s. I had a vintage Fossil watch and Chuck fixed it when no one in TN could fix including Fossil. I don’t know who the other Tony Tran is but it surely isn’t me as I was in TN. But lost importantly Munchel’s does not provide bad service in quality nor customer. I am the original Tony Tran. Thank you, Munchel’s for always being there for me and wishing you all Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Had them replace a battery in a beautiful antique watch. The next day the entire watch face and mechanism fell out of the watch while wearing it as they did not close the back properly. Luckily I found it. Went back to have them fix it and they wanted to charge me to fix their error. Absolutely not! They do not take accountability or ownership for their mistakes. Terrible place. I would give them a zero if I could.

I have never had a bad experience at Munchels. Neither buying or selling jewelry items. They are honest and fair. Really a trustworthy family business.
