JC Jewelers Jackson Hole

I have ordered two rings from JC Jewelers Jackson Hole after visiting the shop on vacation. They have been extremely helpful and accommodating. The first ting wasn’t sized appropriately, being from Boston, I thought this would be an issue, but they made it extremely easy and stress free. The second ring they rushed the order to be sure it would be here for my wife’s birthday. The quality of their jewelry is on level with the quality of the people that run the shop. You will not be disappointed!

I brought my ring in for a cleaning, and the person who helped me noticed it needed tightening. I was worried about the turnaround time and they were able to have the adjustment finished in less than 72 hours. I am so grateful for the fabulous customer service and willingness to work with my crazy schedule. Thank you JC Jewelers. We are lucky to have you!!

No puedo recomendar lo suficiente a JC joyeros!!! Primero descubrí a Hannah y su equipo mientras estaba allí en un viaje de trabajo. The beautiful store and unique items drew me in and I purchased one of their Teton ring sets. Way better quality and more unique than the other jewelers in town that advertise similar items . Jackson Hole Jewelry is an amazing local business to work with! I have such small fingers (size 4.5) most rings are too big and too bulky. However they were able to make a custom ring and ship it to my home in about a week. They remained in contact with me and let me know when I would ship! Thank you so mu JH Jewelry!

My new husband and I went in to see John with an idea for a wedding ring. I had a photo and a dream of what I wanted. John made the most beautiful ring , far exceeded any of my expectations and was a true "gem" to work with as was his wife and everyone in the store!
