After visiting several well named jewelry stores and having felt pushed to purchase wedding bands that weren’t "right," I was frustrated beyond belief. The second my then fiancé and I walked into Gold Thumb, we knew we were in for a different experience. We were greeted by the whole family, including puppy Fenwick. After a few questions, I was handed exactly what I didn’t know that I was looking for! As if that wasn’t enough, they were able to create a similar ring that exactly fit my engagement ring! The bonus? It wasn’t any more expensive than a ring at the box store, and is one of a kind! Then the guys ring……. My guy is suuuper indecisive and they had nothing but patience for him to find the right band. After several trips to try on different rings, we thought we had scored the one, but ended up deciding that it wasn’t the right size after getting home. Not only did they reorder the ring in a better size, but they offered to meet him outside of their business hours in order to ensure he received it before our wedding. I’m so glad that we found Bert, Virginia, AJ, and Jennifer! We’ll definitely be back!!

I had a custom ring made by gold thumb for my wife to celebrate the bond she has with our daughter. However the ring was a little big so I got it resized by gold thumb. When my wife put it on she noticed the emerald had been chipped. When I emailed gold thumb about this they denied it happened at their shop and stated "People damage their rings all the time when they wear them and don't remember banging the piece of jewelry" I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service especially for the price. Absolutely unbelievable.
