Acabo de recibir mi anillo de eternidad personalizado de Jewelry Depot y el anillo es deslumbrante, todos los diamantes centellean sin importar las condiciones de luz pobres y eso es cuando sabes que tienes la mejor calidad posible. El equipo de Jewelry Depot fue super amable y respondió rápido, me proporcionaron diferentes opciones de tamaños de diamantes, cuenta de diamantes, punto de precio, etc. hasta que me quedé satisfecho con lo que estaba buscando. I’ve gone to this jeweler twice so far. The first time, with a broken bracelet not from them. They fixed the bracelet completely free just to be kind to me. The second time I wanted to buy backs for the earrings I had (also not from them) because the backs I have made me nervous. Instead of selling me a product I felt was necessary they informed me the backs I had were really good and I didn’t need new backs. This is a good, honest family owned business. Highly recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First of all, I went there to get my clock fixed, and they did whatever they wanted with it but what I asked them to do. They took way too long to fix it, and when they did fixed it, they changed the glass of it for another one completely different and ugly. And secondly, my mom and I were treated HORRIBLY by a woman that works there, at some point she was almost trying to kick us out of their place. When we tried to do a refund, the lady didn’t give us the money completely, and they treated us poorly. The customer service in this place is completely awful, and that lady was completely Disrespectful, rude, mean, and unkind. Defined never coming back to this place, and I do NOT recommend it at all.

Siempre brindan un gran servicio al cliente y fue un placer venir. Aunque ya no estoy comprando joyas, me trataron como un cliente valorado con reparaciones, instalación de nuevas pilas de relojes y comercio o venta de oro de desecho. Muy recomendable esta empresa familiar.You always provide great customer service and it was a pleasure to come in. Although I am not buying jewelry any longer they treated me as a valued customer with repairs ,installing new watch batteries, and scrap gold trade or sale. Went today with my wife around 130 pm to purchase a diamond ring for her but we walked out because the two ladies that were working didn't even bother to acknowledge us at all !! WAS TOTALLY DEAD WE were the only one's in store but they were to busy for us ! What a shame if I was the owner I would have fired both because money for the business was the least on their minds!! They both were looking down the whole time we were there I definitely heard the door bell when we entered the store so plz everyone if your looking to purchase jewelry this is not the place to go !! Such a shame
