My fiancé and I had a really great experience working with Shannon. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and timely. The engagement ring is exactly what we wanted and felt the ordering process was easy and pressure free. We will be returning for any jewelry needs in the future and cannot recommend Shannon enough!

My wife had a mountain biking accident and broke her wrist. In the process, her ring finger swelled up and they had to cut off her wedding ring at the hospital. We had to wait almost a year until she was fully healed and the swelling was back to normal. We went into Garwood's for the wedding ring repair. We spoke with Randy, the owner, and got sized. They got the repair done very quickly and it looks amazing. My wife is super happy. You can't even tell there was ever an issue. The owners are fantastic people and they care very much about what they do. The rest of the staff was super friendly. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. They are great to work with!

Came here several months ago to get three rings resized (wedding band + engagement ring and a wedding band). The entire time my wife and I were treated poorly. Janice had a very snotty attitude and talked down to us the whole time. Then when she went back to the jeweler/repair person she assumed we could not overhear her and proceeded to make more snide remarks, which we overheard very clearly. Eventually, after being treated so poorly we opted to leave and take our business elsewhere as we are quoted a 6 week turn around time and exorbitant pricing. I have been a customer here before and have had good experiences. But I was flabbergasted at the way we were treated. I’m not sure if it’s because my wife and I are younger or what. Janice left a very poor taste in our mouth and we will not return or recommend this place to others. I won’t name the other business we went to. But the turn around time on the exact same job was 9 days and several hundred dollars cheaper.

Got my wife’s wedding ring here and they always take care of us even though we moved away when we visit and they give it a nice shine. They often remember us too over a year later. They helped me a lot during the buying process too since I don’t know anything about diamonds & pricing was super fair. Always happy to give business to a small local jewler!

10/10 experience here! Ordered a ring online that came in damaged and returned that so I came into Garwood’s frazzled I’d not have enough money or time to get a ring done for the engagement. Shannon helped me design a beautiful custom ring within my limited budget within three weeks. My proposal went off without a hitch and my fiancé LOVES the ring. So glad to have found such an amazing local jeweler!

Took my Luminox daily driver in for a new battery (ended up being the watch, just my luck). Emma was awesome; very helpful and she didn’t even charge me since the watch is now essentially a paper weight. Super cool store front as well, support local!
