Went shopping last week and picked out a gold necklace with charm that had to be ordered and my niece did not want the yellow gold, she preferred silver. So, we went back after the Thanksgiving holiday and returned the merchandise for a full refund and the greatest customer service I have ever seen. Gwen the store manager is the nicest person I have ever met in sales. She went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. After the refund we got another necklace totally diffrent from the first one that they had in store. Yamira showed me several items to choose from and did a great job comparing multiple items and even looking up information for each item to ensure I was told all the details to every piece. I really appreciate how Gwen and Yamira treated me as a valued customer and did not hold the refund against me or treat me any diffrent. In doing so, I bought a silver necklace and will be back for all my jewelry needs. Thanks again, and I will see you all real soon.

Excellent experience! Went to buy an engagement ring. Was greeted & made feel more at ease than anywhere I'd already tried. Very courteous staff. Mrs Gwendolyn was a great help. Helped me make an informed decision, walked me through the process, all while exuding a down-to-earth, welcoming attitude & care as if she wanted me to make the right choice as I much as I did. Upon returning for pickup, the staff all greeted with smiles. Again, wonderful experience, ladies. Much appreciated!

Shannon was very helpful. I had went in the store looking for a titanium watch for my husband for Christmas. Also the other girl's and manger were very helpful as well. My husband had bought my charm necklace when we got married and he said everyone was very helpful 5 years ago. Definitely will be back .
