I highly recommend Charleston Alexander and will be referring friends and family here. We worked with Karen and she is truly the best! She was very meticulous and patient with me, I am terrible with decisions and she made the process easy. My now fiancé and I could not be happier with how my custom engagement ring turned out it is so stunning I can’t stop looking at it. It means everything to me. Thank you Karen and John.

My fiancé and I were in the area visiting another jeweler when, on a whim, we decided to check out Charleston Alexander Diamond Importers—and I couldn’t be happier that we did! Duane was phenomenal, guiding us with patience and expertise throughout our diamond selection process. We were on a time crunch to have the ring made, and they had no issues working with our schedule. My engagement ring is absolutely stunning. We loved our experience so much that we’ll be returning to purchase our wedding bands! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

My husband got my engagement ring and wedding band from Charleston Alexander and we had such a great experience. He just surprised me with another band with Duane’s help for our anniversary. We have enjoyed every moment working with Duane and his team - they are kind, helpful, and have our best interest at heart always! 10/10 recommend!

Estamos tan felices de haber ido aquí para mi anillo de compromiso y el anillo de boda de mi esposo. Karen fue tan encantadora de trabajar con ella, especialmente como necesitábamos más apoyo a lo largo del proceso. Son transparentes y precios excelentes para NOVA.We are so happy we went here for my engagement ring and my husband's wedding band. Karen was so lovely to work with, especially as we needed more handholding throughout the process. They are transparent and great pricing for NOVA.Comentario traducidoVer original

10/10.Incredible experience!! I had the pleasure of working with Karen and she was fantastic. I came in with very little understanding of the whole process, all the terminology and more. I left with a beautiful custom ring, at a great price and a few weeks later, a successful engagement with my now fiancé! Something tells me we'll be back for our wedding bands next. 10/10!Comentario traducidoVer original

My husband got my engagement ring 6-7 years ago from Charleston. When we got married we went cheap on our wedding bands. Not even two years after a diamond fell out and we both knew we should’ve gone back to Charleston. We went to get a replacement band and Karen helped us out throughout the whole process. I remember Karen helping several years before with my brothers engagement ring as well. They provide quality and durable rings. Karen is awesome and makes the process super seamless! Both engagement and wedding band are from Charleston.
