Pesimo trabajo mande hacer chico un anillo de plata bañado en oro y a las primeras horas de haberlo recogido mi anillo me pinto el dedo de verde y despinto el oro del anillo

Muy mal trato al cliente
I have been a customer in the past. I was looking for a gold pinky ring and a necklace for my son. I walked in this morning and asked about old Mexican money and if they exchange. The lady Gave me an explanation that they don’t with an attitude like she was upset. So I sat down in the bench and let my wife and my son look, but I wasn’t interested in looking for a ring or necklace anymore. She didn’t even ask us what we’re looking for what we’re interested in just looked at the screen watching some football games. I understand some people might be going through some things. But little things like that can cost you money. I went to another jewelry store in the the same area and made a purchase. I won’t be going there no more. It was a lady that helped him me in the past. This was today around 10:30 in the morning..
We stopped by a jewelry store while walking around Fox Plaza, not realizing it was closing time. As soon as we walked in, a man yelled from the back, "What do you want? We’re closed." My dad, who doesn’t speak English, politely asked to see some medallions, but the man just stared at him without responding. We walked out. After years of buying jewelry from this store, we won’t be going back again.
Best place to come get your jewelry have even better selections of jewelry than most corporate jewelry stores stuff you won’t see at Kay’s or Jared highly recommend stopping by and buying a piece of jewelry or more never disappointed with none of my purchases and the people here make you feel right at home🙏.
This was my first purchase. Definitely not my last. High quality at a great price. I don’t have a picture because my son won’t take it off lol. Will be back. Customer service was also GREAT
