Egon Ehrlinspiel did an exceptional job resizing my wedding rings. They custom made them for us about 15 years ago and I never took them off. Ever. They had to cut them off of my finger! LOL. So you can imagine how much hairspray, lotion, etc were caked in the channel settings. I love these rings obviously so I guess I am reviewing their craftmanship as well. I now live in Iowa and I knew having Egon Ehrlinspiel do the resize would be the best thing to do so on a family visit, we left the rings there to be mailed to me later once my finger recovered and we knew a new size for them. Around the time we has a good idea on the new size, my Father passed away and so I was coming back to Syracuse. They expedited the resize so I could pick up my rings while in town. Not only that, they looked brand new when I picked them up!!!! They looked like they did when we first bought them!!!!!! I was not expecting that. I knew they would clean them but I did not expect them to be so beautiful again. I was blown away. I am very grateful and one very happy customer. Thank you!!!!!!

Egon Ehrlinspiel did an amazing job in giving me the wedding band that I wanted. They were able to listen to all my wants and needs and got everything done in time. Always such friendly and helpful staff. I needed my palladium band made smaller and they were able to do it over my lunch break and tightened and polished my other ring as well. I don't think they've looked so good since they were purchased 13 years ago!
