M.R.T. Jewelers

We purchased our wedding set here 25 years ago. We provided the diamond and they designed the engagement ring beautifully. Fast forward, three children and an upcoming surgery forced me to have the wedding band cut off and resized. I was treated respectfully on all three visits they it took (removal, resizing consultation, and pickup) Even with the etching on the band you cannot see at all where it was resized. We will definitely come back for regular cleanings and for any other jewelry purchases.Comentario traducidoVer original

I would highly recommend MRT Jewelers. I went to MRT Jewelers for an engagement ring, and it was hands down the best experience I had while doing my shopping and due diligence for the ring I was looking for. The MRT store owner, Dave, worked directly with me on the ring. I showed him pictures of what I was looking for and he instantly came up with a couple of unique band styles and diamond cuts/sizes. The custom band and stone combination I had decided on for the ring had a lead time of five and a half weeks. Dave was able to expedite the process to meet my proposal date in three and a half weeks. I was able to propose to my now fiance on a vacation trip we had planned. Dave and the team at MRT are phenomenal. They by far exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend them to other people.

Recomiendo MRT al 100%.We had a great experience purchasing an anniversary ring. John was so helpful and had exactly what I was looking for. The service was outstanding and we actually we went back the next week to purchase a band. I recommend MRT 100%.Comentario traducidoVer original

I was searching for a discontinued Seiko watch and found it on MRT's website. I'm from PA, but they were were easy and nice to work with to ship the watch. Bill Slaiding's communication was great and they were quick to ship it in a very well protected box. Definitely recommend them.

David was great to work with! I worked remotely with him from South Carolina most of the time and he was super responsive and very detail oriented. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted and will definitely be back for future purchases.Comentario traducidoVer original

Brought in some 14k gold necklaces to sell. The miserable woman said "we can give you a scrap price?" Handled my stuff like it had a disease or something, came back and said "we can give you $700?" I took my necklaces and left. Today i went to another gold dealer and was offered $1500!! Ill never go to MRT again!! OMGGGGG!!!! YOU DIDNT "RECOMMEND" anything!!! WOW……. She let me walk out the door!!!!!!

Experiencia desagradable. No volveré. Bad experience. Unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome from the second I walked in the door and had six employees eyes on me and no one could say so much as "good morning". I brought my wife's ring there a year ago and the service was adequate but going in there by myself I was treated as if I didn't belong. So I left. Will not be back. Went to a different jeweler and was treated professionally and appreciated as a customer. There's plenty of other Jewelers in the area so if you feel like you're unwelcome at MRT, just leave.Comentario traducidoVer original
