Roderick and his team of jewelers helped me design one of the most stunning engagement rings I have seen in quite some time. Him and I shared extensive discussions over the course of a few weeks, with me sending examples, ideas, and preferences of what my fiancé was looking for. Roderick is a no nonsense kind of guy, so things were very clear and direct, which made the designing process much easier. He even took liberties to "upgrade" the ring in ways that would add style and value to the overall style while still providing budget friendly options. My fiancé has received nothing but praise and admiration for her ring and I couldn’t be anymore happier with the outcome, design, and assistance with the entire process. Farah and Roderick were incredible to work with. I looked at multiple diamond dealers and retail shops from Dallas to diamond district in New York, and none gave me the quality of diamonds for the price point that Farah and Roderick offered. They also do custom designs for engagement ring band and Farah was able to nail exactly how my fiancee wanted based on a few pictures I showed her. Farah is extremely easy to communicate with and also helped educate me about diamonds throughout the process. She even recommended a diamond insurer and made the appraisal process easy. I would highly recommend Farah and Roderick and we will definitely be returning to them for any future diamond purchases

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I wanted a contemporary diamond ring combining different shapes and sizes from years of buying jewelry. From the design to approving the final "wax" it was a seamless process. Great response time and super trustworthy. Loved working directly with the owner in a personalized process and value you definitely don’t get in commercial jewelry stores. HIGHLY recommend… two others I referred have experienced the same satisfaction!!!
