These guys are great! I had a last minute Christmas idea for my wife and daughter, stopped at a few jewelry stores in the area but no one could have them done in time (a week before Xmas). So as I'm walking home I pass by this place, stopped and turned around, figured why not try and ask... I am SO happy I did because not only were they able to help create my idea in time (as you can see my review is written on Xmas Eve), but they made my beautiful ladies a couple of beautiful necklaces, and I even found a gorgeous pair of earrings for my wife that I know she'll love! Went in for a ring size change and there were def some hicups. First I would recommend heading in closer to 1pm instead of noon. But after everything they made it right and so they get the 5 stars. Thanks Ramos & Strapp!

My husband and I are celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and my husband needed ring #3 made. He is picky and likes quality.Joe listened to all the specific requests that my husband made and paid attention to the details and it showed in the ring he designed with rubies and a diamond. It was a perfect size ring for my husband's hand and it looks really nice. Friends have noticed and we have been giving their business card out because really worth it. It didn't take a long time to get and was very reasonable! We love it!
