I don't have a lot of experience selling higher valued personal items and when I have it's always been private sales or just a quick pawn shop stop. However I had a nice 14k gold necklace I've had for a couple decades that had a broken clasp and wasn't my style anymore so I made the decision to sell it. Did some research and found this company and I kid you not it was so simple and kept the icy corporate sales feel out it. Mia is super personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had an email quote and same day appointment set up within an hour of my inquiry, went to office, had my appointment which took about 15-20 min since I did the quote ahead of time and I walked out with my check. Will be going back for any future sales I plan to make involving jewelry or precious metals. They absolutely deserve the 5 star ratings they receive.
