My wife gave me a great watch over Christmas, but it had to be resized. I walked in to McKenzie and Smiley and they quickly helped me get my watch to where it needed to be. Incredibly helpful and knowledgable people here. Can't recommend these folks enough!

The lady in there pointed out how my ring was yellowing and asked if I would be willing to leave it to freshen up the platinum. I thought it would be at least 4-5 days before I would get it back but it was done the next day and wow!! I had forgotten how beautiful it was. They cleaned it up and made it look brand new again.
