Had to have ring removed and was referred to King Jewelers. A place that exemplifies great customer service along with a pleasant and warm welcome. Very helpful without the expectation of making a sale. If you need a custom piece made this is the spot. Highly recommend! Check out the antique clocks and other items.

I have a collection of about 30 antique clocks, and King Jewelers is the absolute BEST! They always take the time (even when busy!) to walk me through repairs on my clocks and watches. They perform excellent work, and the prices are not able to be beaten by any other shop in San Diego. Dave, Caitlyn, Ricardo, and the entire staff is extremely professional and is the absolute best. I can't wait to come back after every single time I visit. Thank you so much for the amazing service! I cannot say enough good things about Mike and Cait at King Jewelers! Not only are they the coolest people I've ever met but they helped me through the process of melting down some gold I had into a new beautiful ring that I wanted! It was my first time doing that and they made it so fun and stress free. I will be back to them for any and all of my jewelry needs in the future!

Mike helped make adjustments to a bracelet chain. He went above and beyond to make sure it fit perfectly. He even cheerfully cleaned some of my other jewelry. He and his wife were so personable and kind. My customized bracelet was ready the next day and perfect! Best service I could've hope for. 5 Stars

King Jewelers is a true gem in Chula Vista! I absolutely love this place—their selection is beautiful, and the service is always top-notch. The staff is friendly, honest, and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. If you need a local jeweler you can trust, I highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional and are not accountable of their mistakes. Had been recommended but did not live up to their "reputation". Prices are fair, and I would have been happy to pay for the service, but they tried to charge me for virtually no work done, if anything I left the shop with my timepiece in a worse condition. I do not recommend going to this place at all.

My grandparents came here for years and now I still drive here from downtown anytime I need repairs or battery replacements. They’re fast, kind, very fair prices, knowledgeable.. can’t go wrong!
