Baladna Jewelry is my favorite jewelry spot in Chicago. I get all my jewelry from here. The people there are so friendly and treat you like family every time you walk in. Their jewelry selection is amazing, everything is so pretty that it’s honestly hard to leave without buying something. The vibe in the store is great too. Just genuinely good people and beautiful pieces. Highly recommend! ✨

I went to Baladna Jewelry to exchange gold pieces. I am very pleased with the whole experience from the price fairness to the selection of the jewelry, they have a big selection for every taste or style. The owner and his son are very knowledgeable with great customer service. I have been there before but the second visit was even better than the first one. They are very accurate in their evaluation because of the machine they use, if you are looking to exchange or sell this will be my go to place. I left the store very happy with very cute pieces and fair prices compared to other jewelry stores. I will definitely be going back in the near future.
