Malak and Millia were absolutely amazing today. I stopped by to have my engagement ring adjusted, and Malak truly rolled out the red carpet. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was exceptional. You can tell they take real pride in their work and in making customers feel valued. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back. They also have an incredible collection of Alexandrite stones—honestly unlike anything I’ve seen at other locations in Charlotte.

We had such a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted and assisted immediately by a number of friendly people. Had a great experience with Sam and the whole team. I brought in a loose center stone that I purchased online and had a custom band created. I felt the price was fair and they were able to integrate the diamond I bought without any pushback at all. The band was ready in just a few weeks and customer service was great the whole time. Would recommend!
