His service was friendly, professional, and truly above and beyond. Dominic has now become not just my trusted jeweler, but also a wonderful neighbor and friend. The store has beautiful jewelry available, and the customer service makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

We were first-time, walk-in customers looking to get my watch band sized. Dominic was very informative and did great work! The guys there are welcoming to veterans.

Dominic was so kind and helpful to my elderly mother who needed her watches serviced. He didn't try to rush her even though she speaks a little more slowly nowadays. He took care of what she needed VERY well and treated her with such respect. Additionally, my husband has surprised me with some absolutely stunning and unique pieces from here, and they never disappoint! I'm so glad this jeweler that I know I can trust is basically in my backyard!

This was our second visit to the Chandler Marshall’s. Dominic was very professional and welcoming, making us feel like long time customers. The first visit, he was able to find a suitable watch band replacement that other stores attempts had failed. This visit we needed 4 watch batteries replaced and he had them done the same day! Outstanding customer service and making us feel appreciated for our business!

I went to ED Mardhall Jewelry for the first time today. I went in for a battery for my watch. Dominic was the gentleman who took care of me. Not only did he put in a new battery in just minutes but he did not charge me. I was so surprised. I kept asking him what the charge was and he said no really nothing.
