My sweet husband purchased a beautiful bracelet for me from Joint Venture. While it was so pretty, it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Donna was so helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. I picked it up today and I can’t stop looking at it! Donna is so great to work with and made the process so easy and not rushed. She didn’t want me to settle for something I didn’t love and you just don’t find that kind of customer service very often. I highly recommend them!

Joint Venture Jewelry did such a beautiful job restoring, and sizing an old ring that belonged to my deceased father. I had no idea it would clean up so well. I wear it everyday and I am so glad I brought this piece to Joint Venture Jewelry.

I had such a seamless experience getting a bracelet sized and repaired at Joint Venture Jewelry. The piece I was getting repaired was rather unique and I had been to a few other repair shops that claimed it was un-fixable. I am so happy that I found Joint Venture Jewelry and they were able to fix and shine up my bracelet like it was brand new. I will absolutely be coming back with any of my repair needs!

We just stopped by to check out their wedding rings (a week before the wedding) after looking online and after listening to what I was looking for, within 5 minutes, Donna came out with the perfect selection of rings! She brought out this one ruby/diamond flower band (I love flowers) that I hadn’t seen online & it was the one and even fit! Such an easy buying experience with amazing customer service!
