Even when we threw Shaun and his team a curveball, they responded with kindness and incredible professionalism. And the finished product IS INCREDIBLE. It is quite simply stunning. Shaun is amazing and so is his whole team. You get so much more for your money by going with Indy Facets, and you’re getting actual craftsmanship. So going here is a complete no-brainer. Shaun, Kathy and the Indy Facets team are the best! They did a magnificently beautiful custom remake of a sentimental piece of jewelry that I could no longer wear. Shaun listened to my requests and crafted a uniquely beautiful piece that turned out to be even better than I imagined!

I can't go on enough about Shaun and the whole Indy Facets team. From start to finish the process of custom making my Fiance's engagement ring was a blast. Shaun is truly a master craftsman and was able to capture her unique sense of style in a truly timeless vintage-inspired Emerald ring. The process is incredible- choosing the perfect gemstone, coming up with a custom sketch, 3-D printing of the actual ring and how the stone sits, and finally the finished product. I'll certainly be seeing Shaun for any/all of my future needs!

From beginning to end this was a spectacular novel experience! Working with someone that only does custom designed pieces by appointment was initially intimidating until we met with Shaun the first time, then we realized how friendly, warm, and personal it could be. I brought in my wedding ring of 21 years, along with a couple other diamonds I had, without too much of an idea if they could work together in a new piece. He immediately assured me that they would. I love antique cut diamonds, and he was able to find some small accent sized old European cut side stones to keep the aesthetic in line with the three center stones I provided. Over a few appointments, a newly created wedding ring was designed and delivered! It is far and above what I even expected, and my original center stone looks sooo much brighter in the platinum setting. I absolutely love it! My phone pictures can't do it any justice. I don't see myself going anywhere else for jewelry from now on. Thank you so much for the experience, and my new beautiful extra sparkly wedding ring.

Shaun is amazing! He designed my engagement & wedding ring to be better than I could ever have imagined😍🥰♥️! He added our family diamonds to my engagement ring to make it even more special & On top of that his customer service is top notch! My husband & I recommend him to people everywhere we go!
