I love this store! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and attended to. Lori is the most positive, enthusiastic, and pleasant person you will ever meet! She made my experience 100% enjoyable. Her knowledge and guidance helped me find exactly what I wanted. I don't buy a lot of jewelry, so her assistance was beyond helpful. If I ever want to add to my collection, I would go so far as to let her find the piece and ship it to me in Washington rather than go to a local store. I came to John Michael’s diamond and jewelry studio looking for a golden necklace. I had Mary Sozio to help me out and she asked for my price range then as soon as I told her she went above and beyond and I kid you not probably gave me 100 different options of gold necklaces within my range and let me not only see them, but try them on and which ones she lies and the one she thought was good. I sent you lots of jewelry stores. I have never had a little type of customer service like this I will never be going anywhere else except for before. Me and purple team were honestly amazing five out of five stars highly recommend they are AMAZING!

Mary and Geri were so nice and very accommodating for whatever budget you have. They help my friend get a nice chain and I loved it so much that I wanted one and ended up with such a nice watch. Again very nice and very helpful, couldn’t ask for a better pair of jewelers.
