Irina helped me transform a family ring into a modern beauty. She was transparent throughout the whole process and worked with me to create a ring that my fiancé loves. Facet’s process included a 3D rendering of the ring to make sure it fit my vision before being created, and they were always available by phone for any questions I had. Super disappointed by the experience I had at Facets. I had trusted them for 3-4 jobs over the years, including ring resizing and other jewelry maintenance. Had no complaints until this week. I spent way too much money for the work they did on my watch and they walked back their one year warranty promise when I collected it. Not going back.

Getting my engagement ring resized here was the best decision ever! I was frustrated with my ring being a size too big, and I went to Facets to find out my correct ring size and resizing options. Irina was thorough in her consultation and alleviated my concerns. She even did a rush fix and my ring was ready before I knew it! It is a bit pricey but the speed, care and craftsmanship is worth it! I can't thank Facets enough for such a wonderful experience.

I bought my wedding band at Facets in 2016 and have subsequently come in for repairs and tuneups. Their jewelry is absolutely gorgeous. I adore my wedding band, and after I banged it up, they restored it and make it look like new. Yes, the jewelry is to die for, but more importantly, the customer service is fantastic. They are attentive, communicative, and customer forward, which I think is the best sign of a lasting business. I am so grateful that this Park Slope institution continues to flourish.

Absolutely love this place! I've gone twice now -- first to alter a ring: (originally my mom's) it was an open wrap design, and I asked them to instead connect one of the ends to the middle so that it would stop getting caught on my clothes. They were realistic about what was / wasn't possible + what was / wasn't a good idea, and I loved the end result! It was a small adjustment that was well done while keeping true to the original design. second to fix a ring: I snapped the middle of the band of an old ring from my Grandma as a kid, and brought it here for them to reconnect. They fixed the break, reshaped it to be a proper circle (it had been a disfigured oval from years of wear), AND cleaned it... it looks absolutely spectacular now! I wish I had taken a before photo just to show the magic they worked on this ring. I can't recommend them enough! I trust them with my family heirlooms and will always come here first to deal with my jewelry needs. Worth every penny any more!

Brought in a repair - was charged a reasonable fee. The stone in this vintage ring fell out again. I brought it back and they said they basically had to remake ring so the stones would not fall out which made sense and they charged me 1000 dollars. I had 2nd thoughts but decided to do it because otherwise I would not be able to wear it. I received it back - a stone fell out within a few months again and they did not stand behind their work. So I paid 1000 for nothing. I would never bring a repair to this place if I were you.

I've had two awesome experiences at Facets this past week. They were able to size my fiancé's wedding ring (a detailed band passed down from his grandfather) absolutely seamlessly despite the fact that the ring needed to go down 4 sizes. It turned out to be a little too snug, but they are sizing it back up just a hair for free.
