Great jeweler! I’ve being going to Grogan for years and have always had a great experience. Recently I’ve been working with their jewelry designer Shannon to redesign some pieces in their new Brentwood location. She has great ideas, is knowledgeable, and makes it exciting to talk about all the possibilities. It’s also wonderful to have her undivided attention in a nice private setting. Highly recommend!

When I first walked in the store I was greeted by Tony and his coworker. They both asked questions about my Jordan 6 toros saying they liked it. Tony was answering all of my questions I had and made my experience very awesome. They helped me pick out my first watch that I fell in love with. They offered me and my sister beverage’s. They made my experience at Grogan Jewelers at cool springs mall very good.
