We saw diamonds stud earrings at Herzberg earlier in the day and returned later for our purchase. I stated the price I thought we were paying at the counter where the earrings were at and the salesman agreed. When we were asked for our charge card at the point of sale, the price was $99 higher. When I asked about the difference the salesman said that was the price and basically gave us a take it or leave it response. I told him to just complete the transaction. The $99 difference wasn't a deal breaker, but the salesman's attitude when I mentioned the price difference and his customer service left a lot to be desired. He could have handled the situation much better and earned a return customer. Sadly, that's not what happened.

Alright you guys, my future son in law had a custom 2 carat marquis cut diamond ring made. When he received it 3 weeks ago the diamond was crooked but he had planned his engagement and had to go through with it. After that they brought it in and they sent it off for 2 weeks. They pick it up today and got in the car and one of the small diamonds fell out onto the floor. Let’s get your you know what together and take care of it. My daughter and son in law deserve better!
