Spoke with Alan about coming in with some random jewelry, and from that moment, everything was so easy and comfortable. They hooked me up with a parking garage at no cost. Texting me to confirm my arrival time. Once in their building, I felt like I was dealing with old friends. I left with what I felt was more than a fair offer for my jewelry. I recommend them highly.

I had a great experience at Bromfield. It was quiet, private, professional and personable. Came in with a handful of small old gold jewelry pieces and left with more than expected. There's a necessary level of trust when doing this, and it felt trustworthy and even though I am not experienced, the pieces were all identified as what I thought they were. He also helped with some appraisals of other things I was curious about but not parting with. Will be back if I have anything else to let go of.

They lied to me about the spot price of platinum. I walked out, then over to the Jewelers Building and was offered 70% more for the piece moments later. I have never felt compelled to write a review before today, but I was so offended by the fraud that I hope to help others avoid it.

I came to Bromfield Jewelers based off of the reviews and I am so glad that I did! They got back to my online inquiry instantly. When I got to the store I felt like I was right at home, not only did I get exceptional service with the jewelry I was selling (they gathered multiple inputs on the best pricing), I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. Everyone working there was welcoming and friendly, I will be going back!

I had an assortment of family jewelry to dispose of, and some competitors i checked on line made it clear their interest is only in gold and diamonds. I had mostly silver , other gemstones, and costume jewelry. I saw on line a more welcoming opportunity with Bromfield and positive reviews. I was a walk in, warmly welcomed by Allan the co owner, who objectively appraised all i had brought. Our pleasant conversation broke the ice, and I had done some research to realistically follow his review of what i brought. He made a very fair offer for all of it which i accepted. It can be stressful to sell off jewelry items that meant more to owners than a market assessment can make of them. I can unreservedly recommend Allan and Bromfield to fairly make an assessment, without pressure. Indeed I would return if and when the family decides on any other sales.

I brought in some of my late mother’s jewelry to be appraised/sell. The staff was friendly and their offer was more than fair. I strongly recommend checking them out if you gold or jewelry to sell. And I will definitely be back if I decide to sell more jewelry. Thanks again, gentlemen.
