Margarita was wonderful to work with. I've never looked at rings before, and she was very patient and helpful while I tried on different options. We found an engagement ring and wedding band during our first visit and told her we were going to think on it. During our second visit, she showed us a new wedding band they just got in and it matched better with the engagement ring. Highly recommend doing business with her! She's awesome!

It was the weekend of my 8th wedding anniversary when my ring broke after getting it stuck in the door. By the looks of this ring it was going to be impossible to fix but Suzanna is a rockstar and knows her stuff and only 1 week later was told it was fixed like new!!!! I made a special order for a diamond ring set in yellow gold. It is stunning. The customer service at your Baton Rouge store (Dorcas & Margarita) is top notch. Along with a great atmosphere which allows one to browse with assistance when needed makes shopping at the Jared’s in Baton Rouge, La. a wonderful experience all the way around!

I had a repair done on my necklace here and never got the box back. I was going to give the necklace as a gift and went here to ask for a box. The big, loud, and obnoxious lady said "You gonna have to buy something". Ok, that’s fine. I’ll just buy the cheapest necklace y’all have to get the box and she said "well, it’s is jared, nothing cheap". At that point, I needed to get out of there before I cause a scene for her customer service. You already assuming I can’t afford anything, if it’s $150 I’ll buy it. But your attitude made you lose a sell. She’s extremely rude and should rethink about customer service job. Never buying from here again.
