Rogers Jewelry Co in Bakersfield (Rosedale) has been great. Two times in the span of three years I had to go there twice to them to repair a necklace my nephew yanked (not on purpose, we were playing) off my neck. They were professional, respectful, and fast. They even polished it for me after too! Would recommend it to anyone for jewelry repairs.

I went to Rogers to get some jewelry for my wife as a surprise. The first day I showed up they were having a sale and they had a nice fruit plater to snack on while looking around, they had plenty of options but I was looking for something a little different than what they had in store. I sat down with an associate to see what they could get. We found a nice emerald but I wanted to see it in person before I made a full purchase. I put a small deposit down and several days later the emerald arrived. I went down there to check it out and it wasn’t what I expected. So after looking around I went with another option, a nice emerald necklace and earrings they had in store. My deposit I left for the previous stone was able to transfer over to the new purchase. I went home extremely happy with the service. The happiness didn’t last long however, turns out my wife is not a huge fan of emeralds, oops several thousand dollars in jewels to find out what she doesn’t like. But that’s just one of the reasons why I continue to go to rogers, my wife wasn’t happy and all we had to do was head back to the store and we exchanged the necklace and earrings for some diamonds that she did like. 10/10 service and commitment to make the customer happy
