My grandson took an inherited and special bracelet in to Houston Jewelers for cleaning today. It looks fantastic! Better than I could imagine. Thank you for your expertise and I will always recommend Houston Jewelers to any looking for quality and customer service.

The owner was very unpleasant and did not want to help. He referred to my jewelry as junk, carelessly tossing it aside. He said he would only have the real jewelry appraised if I left it, otherwise just go to another jeweler. He refused to schedule an appointment with the gemologist unless it was left. I would never recommend to anybody. He is a waste of your time.

Extremely happy with the overhaul of my GMT Master Rolex. Don was very helpful. Also, my repair was $200.00 less than the original estimate. They did not have to knock off the discount, I would of never known it as I was completely satisfied with the original estimate. A pleasure to do business with such an honest Company. That is probably why they have been so very long. Highly recommended! 5 Stars from me.

Went in to find a replacement for my wedding band that I lost. I am not into diamonds or most gem stones. I was trying to explain that I was looking for a non traditional non diamond wedding set or band and the man that was trying to help made a remark about my hippy style when i showed him what I was wearing so he would have a place to start and an idea of what I like. Now I don't think he was trying to hurt my feelings but sadly that's what happened. As someone that works in retail I've learned never to make fun of someone's styles choices, they love it and I do my best to help them find it. He did try but after that remark my heart just wasn't in it any more. I'm intimidated going into jewelry stores and this just wasn't a pleasant experience.

The salesman Don introduced my husband and I to their wonderful collection by David Yurman. It is a must see. Houstons have made gift giving an amazing event.
