No sirve mi amiga compró un diamante y tan sólo le duró un día!!!! Y supuestamente tiene garantía y no quisieron cambiar el dichoso diamante ella perdió $700 dólares ....es un abuso y robo!!! No quisieron ayudarla para arreglar la esclava....se supone que la garantía es para cambiarlo por uno nuevo o de perdida arreglar la joya.....les recomiendo que no vayan a esa joyería

ADVERTENCIA ⚠️ No compren aquí, el servicio al cliente es muy malo. Y no prestan atención a lo que hacen por estar ocupados en el teléfono. Lleven su dinero a otro lugar, además aquí cobran caro, y sus trabajos no son buena calidad acompañado con mal servicio.

Custom order was paid for and didn’t receive anything. Owner doesn’t respond at all for when item will be given. When asked about it he gets mad and doesn’t want to give a refund. This is for oro Latino, rey oro and oro diamante they are all ran by the same person. And they thought it was okay for them to have me kicked out when I started to tell employees what was happening because the owner called security but couldn’t give me a refund. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Way too expensive for the work done on this necklace. It looks very unprofessional. Also they will not repair for free without receipt and will charge! Again way too expensive and not worth doing business with them

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve recently had my identity stolen and someone used my information to obtain credit with Acima at this location. When I called there was no answer and a lady called me back. When I told her what happened, she questioned me and asked how did I know this person is a fraud. I had already told her that this person made a fake ID with all of my information including the ID number. Again, she questioned me like I was lying. I told her this is the 5th store that it happened at and she didn’t care. When I told her she was the only store owner that hadn’t been helpful and I would also be reporting her to the FTC as part of the problem. Her response was, "go ahead and report me." As I type this she has texted me and said thank for letting me know I cancelled the lease and sent a screenshot of the cancellation. Unless you’ve been through something like this, me saying I’m exhausted won’t mean anything.

Oro Latino is a jewlery repair and store attended by two really nice and helpful Venezuelan women. It is the perfect place if you want to get a new battery for your watch for a decent price unlike other malls. I paid 15$ for mine. It has a whole variety of nice jewelry you should check out. The only detail is that if you pay with a card they take to another store. I guess they share the pay point.
