After having a nice discussion with the store employees concerning my complaints I have amended my original review. They showed a great deal of professionalism when it came to my issues. I am also very happy, and surprised, that they held onto a large sum of money I had left in the store on accident. This was a level of trust that you don't find very often in today's world. Any business with stand up employees like that deserves a try. Thank you so much, Bondys. You deserve 5 stars all the way. Take care.

This shop has always been my go to place! I see some previous comments about things being put back on the shelves or being charged late fees, but I can attest that every time I go in they explain those rules/process to me. Even if its my 5th or 6th time back. The shop is clean, the inventory never fails, the staff is pleasant, and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you, Bondys, for always taking such good care of me!

Justin helped me getting my old ring sold. It was my first experience selling to a pawn shop. He made it a really easy and pleasant experience and was fair with negotiation and explaining the breakdown of the offer. Thanks so much for your help!

Any negative reviews about Bondy's Gold & Coins are false reviews! especially when they are speaking about the 2-3 guy employees that work upfront. Everytime I go here these guys are such gentlemen and assist me with either selling or buying items. The paperwork is quick and easy especially if you want to do the buy-back option where they put an item you bring in on hold for you and in return give you cash. They will look up the item and see what's it worth on eBay ect then they will tell you how much they are going to give you in cash based off the model and year as well as the condition of the item itself call to see what items exactly they will do the buy back service on) they will give you 2 deadline options (You decide) either 2 weeks or 4 weeks you have to come back and pick the item you placed on hold and you will just need to pay 30% more. They have your contact information and don't worry your items are completely safe until you return to buy them back!

I went to this shop and purchased a couple of TV’s then put them in the layaway. I made my weekly payments like I was suppose to and I missed one weekly payment and they charged me an additional $20 and was when I was taking my TV’s out of the layaway. They never mention to well if you miss a payment that there is charge nor did say on my receipt. The guy was soooo rude he said to me that your lucky that I didn’t sell your TV’s no your lucky because you would have been giving me my money back or another TV period. This is a very deceitful place. BE CAUTIOUS! Worst experience ever!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I've been going to bondys gold for over 4 years now. I will not go anywhere else. The staff is awesome, really nice, know there stuff, and will work with you. The shop is clean, neat and organized, and have great prices. Definitely the nicest people I've delt with!
