If you are looking to be misled, sold counterfeit jewelry, or otherwise taken advantage of, this is the place. I was explicitly told an item was genuine gold with real diamonds, only to later confirm that it was neither. It is difficult to understand how this establishment remains in business when deception appears to be standard practice. Representing fake merchandise as authentic is not an honest mistake—it is fraud. What makes this especially troubling is the apparent pattern: low-quality items sourced online, passed through customs, and then misrepresented to unsuspecting customers under the guise of a local, trustworthy business. Small towns rely on integrity, and exploiting that trust is inexcusable. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this shop. This matter will be formally reported to the Better Business Bureau, and the New Castle County Police, as businesses built on dishonesty should not be allowed to continue operating unchecked. DO NOT GO HERE! Do not believe th good reviews they are probably fake and generated by him too.

WOW, this is literally the BEST pawn shop I've been too, hands down! Once you walk in the door, it's super cute and cozy, definitely NOT your average pawn shop. Then you're welcomed by the owner Bruce, who is absolutely amazing! Literally some of the BEST customer service I've encountered thus far! I got WAY more money than I expected to receive for my broken gold jewelry, and he was TOTALLY honest. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!!

Came here two times... First time was to sell my two newest Apple Airpods.. and for them, they told me was $20 for both. Second time which is today I came back to sell my NBA Hoops and my Pokemon cards (had over 100 cards).... The guy told me $5 for all. LOL I DONT KNOW WHATS UP WITH THIS STORE IDK IF ITS RACISM BECAUSE IM BLACK OR THEY JUST ACTING BROKE AND STUCK UP (ONE IN NEWARK MUCH BETTER AND THEY TOOK ME AS A CUSTOMER, MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED). DONT COME HERE!!

Not your typical pawn shop. No dirty tools or greasy lawn equipment sold here. They sell exciting merchandise like video games, collectibles, movies, jewelry and more. Store is very clean and beyond well decorated. The owner is very friendly and cool to talk to. This is hands down my absolute favorite pawn shop in the area. Highly recommended!!!

Ordered from this place on eBay and item never shipped out. I tried reaching out to the seller twice and never got a response I had to contact eBay to let them known but at your own risk they don’t care about their customer they only care about their money and what benefits them.
