I would give a 0, but you are forced to pick a star. As fast as they opened this location, they need to close it and do some classes about customer service. I have had a bad experience twice in this particular store and after meeting the owner or person in charge I can see why everyone has a bad attitude and no good customer service skills. My family and I have shopped at the Southfield and Gratiot locations with no problems and great customer service that made you enjoy spending your money. This location has everything overpriced and their attitude is horrendous. If you want to feel comfortable spending your money, please do yourself a favor and visit one of the other locations because you are going to walk away feeling upset because they don’t respect for you, your time or your money. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
