They lowball. I tried selling my old jewelry and they offered $170 🥴 Out of 3 places i went.. this is the place the ridiculously offered the lowest. I had diamonds and emerald stones on it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE.

I’ve been going to this pawn shop since my first daughter was born 13 years ago and I’m from Norfolk. I’ve been late and they’ve always allowed me to keep my stuff and pay instead of loosing it. Real nice, professional, and all around great people. Even when I’d ask for more than what it’s worth on a loan they’ve looked out for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I've used other pawn shops in the past, now I'll only use Kempsville Pawn. Crystal and her dad went out of their way to help me. Professional and friendly service. They genuinely care about their customers.
