Not the best they don’t buy PS4s I asked and got told no! They do illegal things to find out who’s leaving reviews then when they confront you it’s like how did you know who left the reviews? Seems sketchy plus I’m never going back to this store I’ve bought so much stuff from them laptops game systems never had a single issue but when I need some money to get my kittens litter I asked them if I could sell my ps4 they said we currently aren’t taking no ps4s right now! But I just read your reviews you bought one off someone else 6 days ago! So your picky choosey on what you buy I stated I don’t have a remote for the console since it’s been sitting collecting dust and my brother has the remote now!

I came in to trade in a PlayStation 4, which I was expecting a pretty low offer, but they actually were very reasonable and gave me a price and once we agreed he actually gave me a little bit more than what was mentioned in the deal and told me it was OK. great people and great prices! My friends and I have been coming to this place for years and I think it's hands-down the best pawn shop/retro game store in the area. As a pawn shop there is always a variety of eye catching stuff at decent prices. Guitars and amps, stereo setups, jewelry, cameras, comics and so much more. As a retro game store it is a collectors paradise. So many consoles from the 80s-now and a slew of games for each one. Every console comes with a controller and a free game and if anything doesn't work they'll replace it with no questions asked. Current Gen consoles are also frequently sold here at great prices, especially around the holiday season. Both owners are engaging and amicable though I usually talk to the younger guy, Dom. I can tell that he is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable collector and I really like chatting with him about some of the rarer stuff that comes through the shop. Overall a great place to stop by if you're looking to get into any number of hobbies, expand your collections, trade stuff in, or even just to kill a half-hour in the Utica area.

Great customer service. Tons of stuff to check out if you're in the area. Definitely worth stopping by. They have almost everything you can think of for reasonable and fair prices.
