First Cash Pawn

I have not been in a pawn shop in years first off however I walked into this pawn shop yesterday because times are as they are and I needed to get a loan to pay a bill a little bit earlier than I was going to get paid. I took a firearm that I was sure would bring the amount of loan I was expecting which was less than half the value of the firearm upon entering I did notice the store was very dirty piles of dirt in the corner literally looks like outside ground. The ladies at the counter seems nice enough but did not have any knowledge of firearms and should not be appraising such items in my opinion. After she gets did an internet search and realized the value of the firearm she took it to the back and then came back with a lower counter offer and told me because I was not a frequent pawn customer she would not be able to loan me amount I was asking for. I did not go in looking for an unreasonable offer and surely would not surrender my property for less than half its value. After thinking about it I don't believe I would want to leave a firearm in such a dirty environment anyway and probably best that I walked out. All I can say is I would not leave any thing a great value in this pawn shop for any amount of time.

They’re either dense or scammers. Offered me $240 for a ring A+ pawn shop gave me $1,000 for. First Cash insisted the diamond was man made. It’s from Tiffany Co, who doesn’t sell man made diamonds. FCash tried to convince me Tiffany does sell man made diamonds… which is wild. I took my ring to two other REAL JEWELERS to verify… and I was assured by BOTH its a natural diamond. I got 1k against my ring from A+ Pawn… where first cash offered $240… if I pay it back in 30 days my 1k only costs $15 to finance at A+…. And it takes 90 days to forfeit. First Cash, I pawned $340 worth of gold, it forfeits in 30 days with a $50 finance charge. I got my stuff back from First Cash NEXT DAY. They’re either too shady or too ignorant to do business with.

They were very friendly and their loan amounts very fair. Quick service. Their merchandise is quality as well.

This place quite simply adores their stuff. Every shelf is filled with golden items that they want absolute premiums for. A broken TV they wanted $100 for... Even negotiating with the head honcho(s) to buy something is a huge waste of time. They would rather keep an item on their shelf than reduce something for just a few dollars. Don't waste your time here. Hope this place goes to the wayside as that's what they are wanting apparently. I'm not saying a pawn shop is perfect, but find your things elsewhere. Used to be run much better. Now it is simply a margin haul.

Well to start we arrived about two and half hours before closing, and the younger Hispanic lady with colored hair would not acknowledge us at all or help us and we were clearly showing signs of needing help, as well as the heavier set white guy, they both seem to not really care for or about thier jobs, thier is a youngr Hispanic guy here who was incredibly nice and helpful as well as attentive, whatever your paying him it's not nearly enough you need three more of him...

I experienced the same situation far as buying a Tv also !! I paid less with Walmart and happy I didn’t shop with this store!! Yes I apologize that happened to all of y’all but I will leave a review because maybe the District manager doesn’t know!!
