First time ever coming into this establishment was on Monday about 3:40pm (Labor Day). I came in started looking at the jewelry for my wife's birthday coming up and a woman started talking to me trying to make a sale. She talked and talked and showed me a few things, then I walked away and went to the guns and looked there. She walked over there and started trying to push a sale there saying I should buy my wife a gun and then started telling me about her personal vehicle. I turned away to see what else was in the store and out of no where tells me ok sir you have to leave. I was like what you sign on your door said yall were open until 7pm and she said oh well because today is labor day we close at 4pm. Why isn't that something you would've disclosed to me at any of the times you were talking to me. It was extremely rude. There were a couple of jewelry items I was interested in but was going to look around before discussing business. Well unfortunately I guess that will be my first and last time into this store. I was completely annoyed with the way that went down.

Polite staff, clean store, a good mixture of items. The staff always have a polite smile and kind word for everyone.

This shop has went out of there way to help us. The employees are great and very helpful. Big thanks to Josh & Juan for the help today on picking up ours items.

I have been standing in this store for nearly 20 minutes and I see 3 workers not doing anything . Only 1 guy which Is the manager is helping someone. Nobody has even offered to help me I've been standing by this display case for 20 min . I guess I must be invisible I'm about to ask the people who just walked in if they.can see me ugh. Oh and the assistant manager said to me " why do you even bother to look if you're not gonna buy"

Bought a laptop and had it on layaway picked it up Oct 23,2021 and Nov 10,2021 the screen blacked out! I called them and they mentioned a warranty I had NO IDEA EXISTED! I wasn't asked if I would like one NOTHING! So they said without warranty oh well! My FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER COMING HERE OR ANY RAGGEDY PAWNSHOP.!!! MAKES NO DARN SENSE!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Bought an Xbox series s drove all the way home to find out they were too lazy to even turn it on and check if it had a password on it. Drive another hour back just to exchange it and when I asked about compensation or discount for the 2 and half hours I had to drive they said "switching the console for you was the compensation" I bought the warranty that’s not compensation at all. Then after I explained that they said sorry that’s not how it works. Terrible staff need attitude arrangements

This place is a rip-off. I brought in a computer worth $699 brand new, and a monitor worth $150 and they offered me $120 for both combined. They didn't know anything about computers and didn't bother looking up the actual value of it, just went based off the fact that they bought a different computer from someone for $48. They also seem to think that because my skin is white I cannot understand Spanish. Talking about trying to lowball me in Spanish. I would recommend a different pawn shop if possible like first cash pawn off of Broadway before going here. They are much more professional.
