Fui a este lugar el 28 de enero, quería comprar una cadena de oro, el empleado me dijo que la cadena misma pesaba 6,8 gramos de oro de 14k. Hice la cuenta y le dije que 1000 dólares por 6,8 gramos es muy lejos de la realidad. She said oh that’s not including the weight of the pendant she had weighed it and stated the pendant had added 2 grams and it was a total of 8.9 now I noticed that the paper stated it was only 6.8 so I had called to verify the pendant was 14k and the weight of the pendant was 2 grams since it didn’t state it on the paperwork. They had told me they aren’t going to do anything and won’t refund me and that I need to pay 33 percent to get only store credit back, small claims in progress. This is not right and is against the law do not shop here. This was also a gift to my self for my birthday. It’s an awful way to run a business. They have to scratch test your precious metals, and if you ask them to do so carefully they will freak out and deny you any service. Very "hood" feel. It was meant to be because I immediately went to another store and they had a deal to get your first loan free. They were so kind, and they had the metal testers that don't require scratching and using acid on your gold and silver. So classy too! Tulsa Gold & Gems is my favorite now without a doubt. They're very welcoming and respect their customers.

The worst experience I've ever had I had two rings on layaway had been making my payments came in to make my payment they had changed their hours out of nowhere and so I was late that day so now they are trying to tell me that I have to start all over basically. The only reason they get one star is because it won't let me give no stars
